Grievance Procedure/Special
Request

  1. Inmates may request a Grievance Form from on duty staff.
  2. This form can be used to appeal a rule violation and disciplinary decision.
  3. This form can also be used to make a special request to the Jail Administrator or Sheriff. A special request is a request that is not outlined on the green Request Slip that is located in each cell block and is a request that needs to be approved by administrative staff.
