Lane Reduction, Flagger Operation, No Parking – State Highway 13
On Thursday, September 14, 2023, the Price County Highway Department will be paving areas of State Highway 13 within the City of Phillips. The work zone will be from County Highway D to the Elk River Bridge. No parking will be allowed on State Highway 13 within the work zone from 4:00 am until 6:00 pm. State Highway 13 will be limited to one lane of traffic in the work zone. Please allow extra time for your commute.
