On Tuesday, April 30, 2019, the City of Phillips will be repairing a water leak in the City of Phillips on County Highway W in Price County, Wisconsin. County Highway W between Kimble Street and Storms Road will be closed to all traffic from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. All through traffic should follow the marked detour on State Highway 13 to Shaw Street/Highway 100 to County Highway W.
