On Monday, August 7, 2023, American Asphalt will be patching areas on State Highway 13 in the City of Phillips. State Highway 13 will be closed to ALL traffic from County Highway H to County Highway F. Detour for traffic will be County Highway H to Airport Road to State Highway 13. The detour is expected to be in place from Monday, August 7, 2023 at 6:00 am until Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Thank you.
