Women, Infants, and Children

Price County WIC program is here to provide nutrition education, breastfeeding assistance along with healthy food options tailored to meet the needs of pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children til the age of 5. There are many food choices available for each type of participant.

The WIC program is currently using a debit card system to provide benefits. These benefits can be used at any WIC approved store in the state of Wisconsin. We recently added an app for smart phones to help participants monitor benefits, scan items to check if WIC approved, search for a store and so much more.  These upgrades the past year have been a blessing for all involved.
