Property Tax Collection
- 1st half or full payment due by January 31 payable to Town of Eisenstein Treasurer
- 2nd half payment due by July 31 payable to: Price County Treasurer 126 Cherry St, Rm 105; Phillips, WI 54555

All real estate taxes under $100, personal property taxes and special charges are due January 31 to the Town of Eisenstein
Please make the 1st half or full payment to Town of Eisenstein Treasurer Liz Palecek; W6115 State Highway 182; Park Falls, WI 54552 and the 2nd half payment to the Price County Treasurer.
Online Payment 
Pay the 1st installment or full payment of property tax to the Town of Eisenstein with a credit/debit card or E-check by using town payment portal. There is a 3% fee charged for credit/debit card payments and fee of $1.50 for E-check for which the taxpayer is responsible.
Pay the 2nd installment and delinquent taxes to Price County Treasurer with credit/debit card or E-check by using
county
payment portal. Point n Pay charges a 2.39% fee for using credit/debit card payments and $1.50 for E-checks for which the taxpayer is responsible.Missed or Late Payment
If any one of the installment payments is missed or not paid by due date, the entire unpaid balance of taxes becomes delinquent and subject to 1.5% per month interest/penalty and option to pay in installments is lost. Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 74.47, interest and penalty of 1.5% per month on the whole unpaid balance and will be charged from February 1 regardless of when the tax due becomes delinquent. No matter what installment is missed, the total unpaid balance becomes due and payable and is subject to interest and penalty from February 1 option to pay in installments is lost.
Tax payments made after February 2 are considered delinquent and payable to Price County Treasurer along with interest and penalty. Payments after February 2 can be made with credit/debit card or E-check by using county payment portal. Pet Fees
Dog Licenses are issued by the PRICE COUNTY SHERIFF's OFFICE through one of the options below. MUST provide current RABIES CERTIFICATE to license dog.
- Mail: Checks payable to Price County Sheriff's Office, Attn: Price Co Humane Officer PO Box B Phillips, WI 54555
- In Person: Price County Sheriff's Office Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Online for a fee at Dog License online renewal
- Neutered and spayed: $15
- Unaltered: $20
- Multiple up to 12 dogs: $35, $3 for each additional dog

Price County Ordinance 223-20 requires for the keeping of any dog over 4 months of age to be licensed .
The dog shall be vaccinated for rabies by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of dog attaining 4 months of age.
Penalty for failure to obtain a dog license by April 1st will result in a fine of up to $200 and late fee of $5.
